Sunday school is on summer break, and will continue again in the fall. Volunteers are need for the fall, and all types of talents are needed. Please use the Volunteer form below if you can help with this critical aspect of church life.

Childrens Missions Work

The children's Sunday School participates in numerous missions projects through the year. These will be highlighted on this page as they come about. An ongoing project of the children's Sunday school is the gathering of food for the local food pantry, "Living Bread Ministries". The children place their food offerings in boxes each Sunday and place the boxes in the Narthex where they are added to donations from the congregation.

Missions work is a special focus of the children's program.

Play Yard Construction

The children's play yard is progressing. The play yard has been fenced, and had additional sidewalks added for a walking/riding path. New grass for the play yard�has been planted.

The play yard provides a safe, enclosed area for children preschool through kindergarten, as well as older children, who can enjoy the yard, under supervision, while parents are participating in after church activities. The area can also be used for child care. The play equipment has been purchased, from calendar sales funds, and work will be starting soon of surface improvements for under the play equipment. Wathe as work progresses. The play yard will hopefully be completed in time for fall classes.
